Berry Chia Pudding

Berry Chia Pudding is the original Chia Pudding recipe we started with on our journey.  It’s a great pudding recipe (or breakfast porridge if you lessen or remove the sweetener in it).  We generally prefer the Creamy Chia Pudding recipe, but variety is always welcomed. 3.5 Cups pure water 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds 1/4 Cup Vanilla Agave Nectar or honey 1/4 tsp SunFire Salt 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 Cup Activated Cashews (soaked for 4 hours and rinsed) 3/4 Cup Berries (frozen or fresh blueberries, blackberries, raspberries or strawberries) Optional: 1 Tbsp Chocolate Bliss mix for a chocolatey taste and added […]

Galactic Green Juice

Galactic Green Juice (Made in your Blender!) 2 Cups Fresh-pressed Organic Apple Juice (you’ll find it in a refrigerated section of a natural grocery store) 2 stalks Organic Celery 1/4 of an Organic Lemon (or 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice from a brand like Santa Cruz) 1 Tbsp Vitamineral Green 2 tsp MSM 1 tsp Vitamin C Blend and drink!  Stores for 1-2 days in the fridge. Optionally you could add some ginger, cayenne, cilantro or other greens. Replace store-bought and low-quality chocolates with your own, homemade raw chocolate treats. These treats are quick and easy to make and satisfy chocolate cravings while upgrading your health.   BeLoved Chocolate Bites 1 Cup Hemp Seeds 1 Cup Cacao Powder or Chocolate Bliss Powder or half Cacao/half Carob Powder 1 Tbsp Ground Vanilla 1/8 tsp SunFire Salt 2 tsp Cinnamon 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil (melted) 1/4 Cup Vanilla Agave Nectar or Local Honey Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until it becomes fine like a dough.  Roll into balls or press into a pan to make brownie shapes.  […]
