BeLoved Chocolate Bites


Replace store-bought and low-quality chocolates with your own, homemade raw chocolate treats.

These treats are quick and easy to make and satisfy chocolate cravings while upgrading your health.


BeLoved Chocolate Bites

1 Cup Hemp Seeds

1 Cup Cacao Powder or Chocolate Bliss Powder or half Cacao/half Carob Powder

1 Tbsp Ground Vanilla

1/8 tsp SunFire Salt

2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)

1/4 Cup Vanilla Agave Nectar or Local Honey

Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until it becomes fine like a dough.  Roll into balls or press into a pan to make brownie shapes.  Refrigerate to solidify the bites.

If you don’t have a food processor, stir all the ingredients by hand.  The dough will not be smooth because the hemp seeds won’t be ground up, but it will still taste delicious!


Traveling With BeLoved Chocolate Bites

These bites can travel well, though they will lose their shape as the coconut oil comes to room temperature.  Store them in the refrigerator when you can.

If you want them to travel better without refrigeration, use Cacao Butter instead of coconut oil.  After an initial 30 minutes of refrigeration to set the shape the bites made with cacao butter will hold their shape at room temperature.


Upgrading BeLoved Chocolate Bites

This basic recipe is easy to upgrade with additional superfoods like:

Maca (add 1 Tbsp for hormonal support)

Bee Pollen (add 1 Tbsp for hormonal support and a little tangy crunch)

Blue Green Algae (add 1 tsp for brain support)

Vitamin C (add 1 tsp for cellular repair and immune support)

Cacao Nibs (add 2 Tbsp for crunch and increased feelings of bliss)
