This salad wreath is not only festive, but highly nutritive due to the upgraded ingredients. This dish is simple to make, and is sure to brighten any holiday feast table.
1 bunch of Organic Kale
1 organic Red Bell Pepper
1/2 White Onion
3 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon of Spirulina
1/2 teaspoon of Sun Fire Salt
2 tablespoons of Fiesta Mole
1 tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast
De-stem and fold kale in chiffonade, then chop finely. Place kale in a big mixing bowl and massage coconut oil in. Add remaining ingredients, with the exception of bell pepper and mix well. I used a 12′ Tondo round platter that spins, and placed a smaller bowl in the middle for the wreath hole, but you can use what you have handy. Place the salad around the outer platter, then decoratively place the bell peppers.
