Best Brownies Ever 5

I’ve been playing with the recipes for Chocolatey Chocolate Brownies and my Happy Bars (Energy Bars) and the combination of the two has resulted in what we now call the Best Brownies Ever!  We’ve been eating these non-stop, all day long, for the last month.  Ohhh so grateful! — Here’s the new and improved recipe*: 3 Cups Brazil Nuts 1 tsp Sun Fire Salt 3 Cups Dates 2 tsp Ground Vanilla 1 Cup Carob Powder or Chocolate Bliss Powder 1/4 Cup Cacao Powder or Chocolate Bliss Powder 1/4 Cup Mesquite Powder (optional) 1 Cup Hemp Seeds 1/4 Cup Bee Pollen […]

Energy Bars (or Melissa’s Happy Bars) 1

Ohboyohboyohboyohboyohboyohboyohboyohboyohboyohboy!  I’ve got a new favorite superfood staple food.  It doesn’t replace my love for Chocolate Bliss, but it sure does complement it well.  These energy bars are great when  you: 1.  Want to chew something instead of drink 2.  Are traveling and can’t take liquids or keep your Bliss cold (like on airplanes) 3.  Want some extra energy that’s sustainable and naturally derived from your extreme nourishment 4. Want a flavor sensation that is not quite savory, but not overly sweet either And, I always feel really really happy when I eat them.  It’s kind of like a giddy […]

Savory Fiesta Mole Smoothie 2

Do you like V8?  Or another version thereof?  I think I’ve got something you’ll really like.  I’ve created this savory smoothie that uses our yummy Fiesta Mole raw superfood mix and it’s super-delicious. Here’s the recipe: In a Vitamix or other high-powered blender add these ingredients: 2 Tomatoes (about 2 cups) 2 Celery Stalks 1 Granny Smith Apple (or other tart apple) quartered 2 Tbsp Fiesta Mole Mix 2 Cups Water 1/2 Cup Cucumber (optional) Ice as desired for a chilly drink (optional) Blend on high until smooth. Just like the Boutenko-Style Green Smoothies, this smoothie can last for about […]

Go Go Goji Lemonade

This lemonade is super satisfying, perhaps because it is very hydrating.  It’s thicker than lemonade, a bright orange color, and its delightfully refreshing! ½ Cup lemon juice (Fresh squeezed from 3 lemons or try Santa Cruz Organic Lemon Juice. You might also try this with limes or grapefruit.) 3 Tbsp Goji Berries ½ tsp Sun Fire Salt 1 Tbsp Tocotrienols 6 Tbsp Vanilla Agave Nectar or Local Honey 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil Add all ingredients to a Vitamix or other high-powered blender, then fill the blender to the 6 cup mark with pure water. Blend on high until smooth, pour […]

Fiesta Mole Soup & Dip! 3

It’s raining here today.  It’s almost like Fall arrived in a full-on run … no sauntering in this year. This cooler weather makes me especially appreciative of the Fiesta Mole Superfood mix.  The garlic, spicy, tomato blend is a nice contrast to the sweetness of Chocolate Bliss and even when it’s served as a cold soup it warms me up all over. Frankly, I tend to sprinkle the dry Fiesta Mole mix on everything I can think of.  Usually that’s on top of lettuce, avocados, and baked potatoes (yes I eat cooked food!). A friend of mine says she sprinkles […]

Our Personal Chocolate Bliss Recipe 3

Here’s our personal Chocolate Bliss recipe that we use daily. You don’t need to add more superfoods to Chocolate Bliss, but we like the increased effects from each one of these additions. (See also the original Chocolate Bliss recipe) 1 Gallon of Chocolate Bliss (Our Personal Recipe) 3 Cups pure water 1 Cup Vanilla Agave Nectar or honey 1.25 Cups Chocolate Bliss mix We like it extra chocolatey 1 Tbsp Bee Pollen Gives us more natural energy from the B vitamins and hormone support 1 Tbsp Tocotrienols Creates a creamier, frothier bliss – more like milk chocolate and high in natural […]
