Savory Fiesta Mole Smoothie 2

Do you like V8?  Or another version thereof?  I think I’ve got something you’ll really like.  I’ve created this savory smoothie that uses our yummy Fiesta Mole raw superfood mix and it’s super-delicious. Here’s the recipe: In a Vitamix or other high-powered blender add these ingredients: 2 Tomatoes (about 2 cups) 2 Celery Stalks 1 Granny Smith Apple (or other tart apple) quartered 2 Tbsp Fiesta Mole Mix 2 Cups Water 1/2 Cup Cucumber (optional) Ice as desired for a chilly drink (optional) Blend on high until smooth. Go Go Goji Lemonade

This lemonade is super satisfying, perhaps because it is very hydrating.  It’s thicker than lemonade, a bright orange color, and its delightfully refreshing! ½ Cup lemon juice (Fresh squeezed from 3 lemons or try Santa Cruz Organic Lemon Juice. You might also try this with limes or grapefruit.) 3 Tbsp Goji Berries ½ tsp Sun Fire Salt 1 Tbsp Tocotrienols 6 Tbsp Vanilla Agave Nectar or Local Honey 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil Add all ingredients to a Vitamix or other high-powered blender, then fill the blender to the 6 cup mark with pure water. It’s raining here today.  It’s almost like Fall arrived in a full-on run … no sauntering in this year. This cooler weather makes me especially appreciative of the Fiesta Mole Superfood mix.  The garlic, spicy, tomato blend is a nice contrast to the sweetness of Chocolate Bliss and even when it’s served as a cold soup it warms me up all over. Here’s our personal Chocolate Bliss recipe that we use daily. You don’t need to add more superfoods to Chocolate Bliss, but we like the increased effects from each one of these additions.
